1) Summer practice attendance is extremely important for all high school band members (including those which will be in 8th grade band come fall 2015).  The reason summer practice is crucial is due to the fact that we learn most of our show, pep tunes, and Friday night routines during these summer practices.  Trying to learn all these things once school starts (and by the first Friday night football game) would be impossible!

2) Students that miss these summer practices will fall behind the group and hinder the band’s progress as a whole.  So, please make every effort to schedule vacations, appointments, and work schedules around summer band practice times.

3) Wear tennis shoes, socks, a hat, and appropriate attire (no flip-flops!)

4) Bring instrument, water, and snacks to stay refreshed.

5) Contact us @ (936) 248-5000 for camp conflicts and/ or any questions.
