Rams defeated in district opener

The Joaquin Rams dropped to 4-2, and 0-1 in District 10AA Division 1 competition at Ram Stadium Friday night, losing to a very good Shelbyville squad by a final score of 48-0. Although a very strong defensive effort kept the Rams in the game for the first half, they were never able to sustain a drive against a stout Shelbyville defense, and eventually, the floodgates opened.
