The Tenaha Tigers used big plays to break into the win column during their 47-13 Homecoming win over the Maud Cardinals, last Saturday. The Tigers now have a 1-5 overall record and are tied atop the District 11 Class 2A leaderboard with a 1-0 conference mark.
Maud capped an 80-yard drive with a 28-yard Jake McDonald touchdown during their opening possession. They led 6-0 after Tiger Trai Gardner intercepted the Cardinal’s extra point conversion attempt.
