On 10-30-18 at 8:56 a.m., a deputy spoke with a complainant in the 2300 block of Douglass Road regarding on going issues with his ex-girlfriend. The complainant was worried that the girlfriend had filed charges on him. He was given the required information and deputy returned to service.

 

On Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at approximately 9:05 a.m., deputies were dispatched to a residence on CR 521 to pick up some stray dogs that had been trapped. The dogs were retrieved by the SO work crew deputy.

 

On 10-30-18, a deputy assisted DPS with a major crash on Hwy 59 S. Traffic control was provided and then all deputies returned to service.

 

At 10:47 a.m., the sheriff's office received a sick call in the 1500 block of FM 95 north. While en route, Nacogdoches EMS had already arrived and was transporting the patient. Deputies were disregarded.

 

On Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at 10:50 a.m., a deputy was dispatched to the 1400 blk of 816 in reference to a sick call. Upon arrival at the scene, a man was transported to  Nacogdoches Medical Center. A deputy gathered information for a report at the residence. The deputy then traveled to medical center and was advised the man was pronounced deceased. The Justice of the Peace from Precinct 1 was notified. The family was notified, and Lairds Funeral Home was contacted. The deputy returned to service.

 

At 11:40 a.m., the sheriff's office received a reckless driver call in the area of JP pct. 4's office. Deputies were unable to locate any vehicle matching the description given.

 

On 10-30-18 at 12:03 p.m., a deputy was dispatched to an abandoned vehicle call in Etoile. Deputy was disregarded by pct. 4 while enroute.

 

On Tuesday, 10-30-2018, a deputy was dispatched to the NCSO lobby in reference to an assault that occurred at the Martinsville High School.  Information and supporting documents were gathered to be forwarded to CID for investigation.

 

On 10-30-18, deputies were dispatched to a loose livestock call on Hwy 21 west. Deputies were disregarded and were advised that the owners of the cattle were enroute to put them up.

 

On 10-30-2018, Constable W. Sowell #801 assisted NCSO Sgt. Valdez #516 at a civil standby in the 1800 block of CR 2051. 
The sheriff's office responded with Pct #1 Constables to a civil standby. Units stayed until property was removed from the residence.

 

On 10/30/2018, at approximately 12:48 p.m., a Nacogdoches County deputy served a warrant on subject.   The subject was released to the NacogdochesCounty jail staff without incident.

 

A deputy was dispatched to the 200 blk of CR 725 in reference to a disturbance. A deputy made contact with the complainant who advised thedeputy of an assault that occurred. The deputy made contact with the suspect and placed him under arrest for assault family violence. The suspect wastransported to the Nacogdoches County jail and released to the jail staff without incident.

 

On 10-30-2018, Constable W. Sowell #801 executed a writ of re-entry in the 1800 block of CR 2051. The applicant was placed in possession of the premises as ordered in the writ. Reference cause #CM0151

 

On 10/30/2018, at approximately 2:04 p.m., a Nacogdoches County deputy served warrant on subject.  Subject was released to the Nacogdoches Countyjail staff without incident.

 

On 10-30-2018, Constable W. Sowell #801 served warrant number t60351 and t60655 on a heaven downs (DOB 10-28-1994) at 2306 Douglass Road.

 

The sheriff's office was contacted by a contract cowboy that had several donkeys he caught in the Looneyville area. Deputies met with him at theexpo to unload the donkeys.

 

On Tuesday 10-30-2018, a deputy was dispatched to contact a complainant in reference to a report of credit card abuse.  An unknown person made a purchase at a local store with the complainant's credit card without his permission.  Investigation to continue.

 

On 30 oct 2018, at approximately 1657 hours, NCSO deputy served a warrant on a subject at the Nacogdoches County jail while subject was confined at the Nacogdoches County jail.

 

On October 30, 2018 the Pct. 4 Constable’s Office responded to Hwy 7 west to assist cps with a civil standby.

 

On 30 oct 2018, at approximately 1707 hours, NCSO deputy served a warrant on a subject at the Nacogdoches County jail while subject was confined at the Nacogdoches County jail.

 

On 10-30-18 at 1752 hrs, deputies responded to the 200 blk of CR  822 for juveniles in the roadway. The complainant advised as she was driving by some juveniles crossed the road in front of her. Contact was made with a parent and the situation was resolved.

 

On Tuesday 10/30/18 at approximately 6:27 p.m., a deputy observed a suspicious vehicle at a closed business. The deputy learned the occupant was taking photographs. The vehicle and driver were cleared.

 

On 10-30-18 at 7:10 p.m., deputies responded to the 7700 blk of North Street for a stuck 18-wheeler. Deputies provided traffic control while a large wrecker removed the 18-wheeler.

 

On 10-30-2018 at approximately 7:50 p.m., NCSO deputies responded to the 100 block of County Road 111 in reference to an assist complainant call. Deputies attempted to contact complainant by public service several times but was unsuccessful.

 

On 10-30-2018 at approximately 7:50 p.m., deputies responded to the 100 block cr. 722 in reference to a criminal trespass.  Upon arrival deputiesmade contact with the complainant.  Complainant stated that a known suspect came to her residence and a verbal altercation occurred. Deputies made contact with the suspect by public service and a criminal trespass warning was issued.

 

On 10-30-2018 at approximately 2100 hours, NCSO deputies responded to the 700 block of old runway drive in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with a female subject. Subject stated that she was having a mental episode and wanted to seek help. Deputies transported the subject to a local hospital for an evaluation.

 

On 10-30-18 at 2142 hrs, deputies responded to the 15000 blk of Hwy 21 w for a suspicious vehicle. A vehicle was logged parked at the location. It was not reported stolen.

 

On 10-30-18 at 2230 hrs, deputies responded to the 600 blk of CR  214 for a welfare check. A male subject had made remarks he may want to harm himself. He was given a courtesy ride to a local hospital for an evaluation.

 

On 10-31-18 at 0241 hrs, deputies located an abandoned vehicle parked on the side of FM 2609. The vehicle was no currently registered and was not insured. There was drug paraphernalia in plain view inside the vehicle. The vehicle was towed. Deputies will attempt to locate the vehicle owner to inquire about the drug paraphernalia.

 

On October 31, 2018 the Pct. 4 Constable’s Office responded to Hwy 103 and FM 95 in reference to an animal left unattended inside a motor home. Officers arrived at the location and made contact with the owner of the motor home.

 

On 10/31/2018, NCSO deputies responded to a report of a verbal disturbance call at the 500 blk of CR 784. Upon arrival, deputies were unable to locate the disturbance. Deputies were given multiple locations of where the disturbance could have possibly occurred, to which deputies never located the disturbance.

 

On 10-31-2018, Constable W. Sowell #801 served a civil citation to a Stephanie Garner at 5317 Northway Dr. #214. Reference cause # A18-00899.

 

On 10/31/2018, NCSO deputies made contact with a wanted subject at the 2300 blk of Douglass Rd. Subject was taken into custody and released to jail staff.

 

On 10/31/2018 at approximately 1154 hours, deputy b. George responded to the area of SH 21 w and CR 732 in reference to a traffic hazard. Upon arrival, it was determined that the log truck was mechanically disabled, and a repair truck was in route. The roadway was not blocked.

 

On 10/31/2018 at approximately 1308 hours, deputy b. George responded to the 500 block of FM 2345 in reference to lose livestock. The cattle were located at CR 159 and walked back into the pasture through the break in the fence. The fence was temporarily repaired. The owner was contacted, and a message was left by dispatch.

 

On 10/31/2018, NCSO deputies contacted wanted subjects at the 400 blk of Hazen ln. Both subjects were taken into custody and transported to the NLEC for detention.

 

On 10/31/2018 at approximately 1539 hours, deputy b. George located an abandoned vehicle on SH 204 near CR 864. The vehicle had a note asking that it not be towed. The vehicle appeared to be having mechanical problems.

 

On October 31, 2108 the Precinct 4 Constable's Department served two outstanding warrants on one Teon Thomas.

 

On 10/31/2018 at approximately 1554 hours, Deputy B. George observed a vehicle stopped in the roadway on SH 204 near CR 878, blocking traffic. The vehicle was overheating. It was moved from the roadway and traffic resumed normal flow.

 

On October 31, 2018 the Pct. 4 Constable’s Office served active warrants #171809 & #171809a on Luis Fernando Argudo who is currently in the Nacogdoches County jail.

 

On October 29, 2018, the Pct. 4 Constable’s Office received a call at the office in regard to an animal compliant.  The deputy spoke with the complainant and provided information and steps that could be taken by the complainant. No further action taken.

 

Deputies were dispatched to the 400 block of Yseleta Creek Road in reference to a sick call. The caller advised that there was an unresponsive woman. Upon arrival, deputies located a known female subject that was alive but barely responsive. EMS personnel arrived on scene and transported her to the hospital for treatment. Deputies returned to service.

 

On Wednesday 10/31/18 at approx. 1810 hrs, the Nacogdoches County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the 18000 block of Farm to Market south 225 in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival, contact was made with the person in question who advised she did not need any assistance from the sheriff office.

 

On 10-31-18, deputies were dispatched to the intersection of state highway 204 and FM 2783 in reference to a traffic hazard. Deputies located the fallen tree and noticed it was moved off the roadway. Deputies returned back to service.

 

On 10-31-18 at approximately 2006 hrs, NCSO deputy was dispatched to the 11000 block of state Hwy 7 e in reference to a disturbance. The complainant advised that her husband who has Alzheimer’s was having an episode. This subject’s family was able to cam him for the night.

 

On Wednesday 10/31/18 at approx. 2017 hrs, the Nacogdoches County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the 24000 block of Farm to Market Road 95 north in reference to an alarm call. While en route, the deputy was disregarded per the alarm company.

 

On 10-31-18, deputies were patrolling the 1800 block of FM 226 when a suspicious vehicle was seen at a parking lot of a closed business. Deputies made contact with the driver and she advised that she pulled into the parking lot to use her phone. Deputies checked her through dispatch and returned back to service. EOR.

 

On Wednesday 10/31/18 at approx. 2219 hrs, a Nacogdoches County Sheriff’s Office deputy assisted the Nacogdoches Police Department with a traffic accident.

 

On Thursday 11/1/18 at approx. 0149 hrs, while patrolling Farm to Market Road 226, a deputy observed an individual removing a tree from the roadway. The deputy assisted in removing the tree, clearing the roadway.

 

On 11-1-18, deputies were dispatched to the 1000 block of CR 419 in reference to a disturbance call. Upon arrival, deputies spoke with the complainant and was advised that she was having a verbal argument with a family member. The parties were separated to calm down and deputies returned back to service.

 

Deputies responded to the intersection of State Hwy 7 E and CR 2031 to a report of a reckless driver. While en route, the vehicle entered the city limits of Nacogdoches and the call was transferred over to the police department.

 

On 11/01/2018, NCSO deputies were dispatched to the Etoile store in regard to an assist complainant. Deputies made contact with the complainant who advised a known subject recklessly damaged property. The complainant only wished for deputies to speak with the suspect. Deputies made contact with the suspect and spoke about the incident. No further action taken.

 

Deputies responded to a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, contact was made with the complainant who states that a known subject assaulted him. At the time of call, the complainant advised that he did not wish to pursue charges, but rather wanted the actor to leave. The parties were separated.

 

On November 1, 2018 the Pct. 4 Constable’s Office checked out with a suspicious vehicle at the Kingtown boat ramp. Contact was made with the driver of the vehicle who was ok, no further action taken.

 

On 11/01/2018, NCSO deputies were dispatched to the 1000 block of CR 724 in regard to an alarm. While en route deputies were advised to disregard by the alarm company. No further action taken.

 

On 11/01/2018 at approximately 1513 hours, Deputy B. George responded to the 15000 block of SH 21 w in reference to loose livestock in the road. Upon arrival, Deputy George observed the owners putting the cattle back in the pasture.

 

On 01 Nov 2018, at approximately 1634 hours, NCSO deputy served a warrant on a subject at the Nacogdoches County jail while the subject was confined at the Nacogdoches County jail.

 

On Thursday 11/1/18 at approx. 1743 hrs, the Nacogdoches County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the 500 block of Farm to Market Road 138 in reference to an agency assist. While en route deputies were disregarded by a Garrison PD unit.

 

Deputies were dispatched to the 500 block of CR 522 in reference to a dog bite call. The caller advised that his son was bit by a neighbor's dog. Deputies responded and took a report. The victim had minor injuries. Animal control was contacted and responded as well. Deputies returned to service.

 

Deputies were dispatched to the 300 block of CR 545 in reference to a loose livestock call. The caller advised there were several cows in the roadway. Deputies responded and located the cows. An owner was reached and was able to respond. Deputies returned to service.

 

On 11-1-18, deputies were dispatched to the 200 block of County Road 4942 in reference to a criminal trespass call. Upon arrival, deputies spoke with the complainant and was advised that the back door was damaged sometime last week. The complainant did not wish to pursue criminal charges she just wanted it documented. Deputies took the information and returned back to service. EOR.

 

Deputies were dispatched to the 200 block of Hwy 59 s in reference to a fire assist call. The caller advised that he observed flames in the building at G&S lumber. Deputies and fire arrived on scene. The fire department put out the fire that was in the cutting building. A report was taken.

 

Deputies observed a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of the Exxon gas station during late hours. The vehicle was checked and cleared through dispatch. It was found to be unoccupied and out of the way. Deputies returned to service. Deputies were dispatched to the 7000 block of Hwy 21 e in reference to a traffic hazard. The caller advised that there was a dead animal in the middle of the roadway. Deputies responded and removed the animal then returned to service.

 

On 11/02/2018, NCSO deputies were dispatched to speak with a complainant in regard to a theft. Deputies made contact with the complainant who advised that an unknown subject removed several firearms from his residence without his effective consent. Information was gathered, and a report was taken. This case is under investigation.

 

On 11/02/2018, at approximately 1141 hours, Nacogdoches County deputy served warrant on subject. Subject was released to the Nacogdoches County jail staff without incident.

 

On 11/02/2018, NCSO deputies stopped out with the Nacogdoches Police Department on a disturbance at the intersection of N Stallings Dr and Westward Dr. Deputies returned back in service when NPD officers arrived.

 

On 11/02/2018, NCSO deputies were dispatched to the LEC in regard to a burglary. Deputies arrived at the Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office and made contact with the complainant, who advised that an unknown subject made an unlawful entry into her garage and took her property. This incident is under investigation.

 

On 11/02/2018, NCSO deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle call at the intersection of FM 95 s and State Hwy 103. A caller wanted deputies to make contact with a motor home parked in the area. Deputies had already made contact with the vehicle and identified the driver.

 

On 11/02/2018, NCSO deputies responded to a civil standby call at the 1100 blk of CR 521. A caller advised she needed deputies while she picked up her kids for her weekly visitation. While in route, the caller advised she would take care of the issue herself.

 

On 11/2/18, deputies were dispatched to the 100 block of Lujan lane for a criminal trespass. Deputies contacted the complainant via public service and was advised that he would like someone CT warned from his property. Deputies CT warned the subject and returned back to service.

 

On Friday 11/2/18 at approx. 1711 hrs, the Nacogdoches County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the 900 block of County Road 715 in reference to a death investigation.

 

On 11-2-18 at approximately 1850 hrs, a NCSO deputy was dispatched to the 1200 block of CR 291 in reference to a suspicious call. Garrison PD took this call.

 

Deputies observed a stalled vehicle on the shoulder of the roadway near the intersection of Hwy 259 and CR 822. The driver was contacted, and he advised that they were travelling from Houston to Arkansas. He advised that he needed to pull over to rest. They were released from the scene.

 

Deputies were dispatched to the 1500 block of FM 2609 in reference to a suspicious person call. The caller advised that there was a subject flagging them down in the area. Deputies responded and contacted the suspect in his yard. He was found to be in good health and was released from the scene. Deputies returned to service.

 

Deputies located a suspicious vehicle near the intersection of FM 2864 and CR 106. The vehicle was found to be unoccupied and off of the roadway. The vehicle came back clear. Deputies returned to service.

 

On 11-2-18, deputies were dispatched to highway 21 west in reference of an intoxicated driver. Deputies assisted DPS in a traffic stop on the vehicle. The driver was found to be sober and was warned about driving outside single lane. Deputies returned back to service.

 

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a known subject near the intersection of FM 1638 and FM 343. A probable cause search led to the finding of marijuana. The owner of the marijuana was arrested. Another passenger was also arrested on a warrant.

 

On 11-2-18, deputies were dispatched to the 300 block of County Road 521 N reference to an agency assist call. Deputies were advised that a wanted person was living at this location. Deputies made contact with the neighbor and he advised that the person in question moved out several months ago. Deputies returned back to service.

 

On 11-2-18, deputies were dispatched to the 300 block of CR 2041 in reference to a suspicious person. Deputies patrolled the area but was unable to locate the suspicious people. Deputies returned back to service.

 

Deputies served a warrant on a traffic stop near the intersection of FM 1638 and FM 343. The warrant was confirmed, and the suspect was arrested.

 

On 11-3-18, deputies were dispatched to SE Stallings drive at Rayburn drive in reference to a reckless driver. Deputies patrolled the area but was unable to locate the vehicle. Deputies returned back to service.

 

On 11-3-18, deputies were dispatched to the intersection of County Road 813 and County Road 816 in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Deputies were advised that a dodge pickup was driving down the road slow and believed to be spotlighting. Deputies patrolled the area but did not locate the vehicle. Deputies returned back to service.

 

Deputies were dispatched to the 5200 block of Hwy 59 s in reference to a suspicious call. The caller advised that there was someone knocking on her door loudly. Deputies responded but were unable to locate anyone in the area. The caller advised that the subject left before we pulled up. Deputies patrolled the area.

 

On 11-2-18 at approximately 2326 hrs NCSO deputy was dispatched to the 100 block of CR 3311 in reference to an extra patrol. Deputy patrolled the area and observed no suspicious activity.

 

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a known subject near the intersection of SW Stallings Dr and Brookhollow. The driver was found to be under the age of 21 and intoxicated. He was arrested. The passenger of the vehicle was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. He was also arrested.

 

On 11-3-18 at approximately 0031 hrs NCSO deputy observed a suspicious vehicle at the state Hwy 7 e scenic overlook. This deputy observed it to be several college aged adults star gazing. Deputy returned to service.

 

On 11-3-18 at approximately 0258 hrs NCSO deputy was dispatched to the 1000 block of CR 915 in reference to a noise complaint. Deputy located the music and it was turned off.

 

Deputies we dispatched to the 7400 blk of Hwy 59 n in reference to an alarm. Deputies checked the building and found that a painter had accidentally set off the alarm. The man was cleared through the alarm company and dispatch. The deputies returned to service.

 

On Saturday 11/03/2018 a deputy was dispatched to CR 479 in reference to a suspicious vehicle. A complainant advised that an occupied white 4 door SUV was in the area stopping in front of random residences. A deputy located a vehicle, matching the description given, and found it to be parked on private property in the area. It was unoccupied at the time and returned clear through dispatch.

 

Deputies were dispatched to the 700 block of Project Road in reference to a welfare check. Deputies made contact with a subject that stated he wanted to hurt himself. The subject was transported to memorial medical center for evaluation. The subject was released to medical staff without incident. The deputies returned to service.

 

A deputy was dispatched to the 8000 blk of North Street in reference to an assist complainant call. A deputy met with complainant and the subject of the call. No offence had occurred at this time. The deputy returned to service.

 

On Saturday morning, a deputy was on patrol and observed a historical marker had been struck by a vehicle several days before. The marker stood near the intersection of FM 225 and CR 789 to mark the site of a Spanish mission. The large stone tablet was pushed over and lay flat on its back side; it did not appear to be damaged. TXDOT was notified to reset and stand the marker back up. No suspect is known at this time but should have moderate front end damage.

 

On Saturday 11-03-2018, a deputy was dispatched to the NCSO lobby for a civil stand-by. A man asked for an escort and civil stand-by to recover property at his former girlfriend's house. A vehicle loaded with personal property was recovered by the complainant and he left the scene.

 

On 11/03/2018, at approximately 1320 hours, a deputy served warrant # cf1601619 on subject at the 1700 blk of CR 182. The subject was transported and released to the Nacogdoches County jail staff without incident.

 

On 11/03/2018, at approximately 1422 hours, a deputy served out of county warrant #20975 on a subject at 2306 Douglass Rd. The subject was released to the Nacogdoches County jail staff without incident.

 

On Saturday 11/03/2018, a deputy was dispatched to the 200 block of CR 6102 in reference to an agency assist. The deputy was requested to respond to an address in the county to assist the Nacogdoches police department.

 

On Saturday 11-03-2018, NCSO deputies were dispatched to the area of Spruce Avenue and 4th Street in Cushing in reference to suspicious persons in the area. The two walking in the area and identified as local citizens.

 

On Saturday 11/03/2018, a deputy was dispatched to the 400 block of CR 521 in reference to a burglary. A complainant stated that an unknown person or persons entered his storage shed and an air compressor and leaf blower were missing. A report was made.

 

On Saturday 11-03-2018, a deputy was asked to watch a child custody exchange at the NCSO lobby parking lot.  The exchange occurred without incident, however the father was approximately 20 minutes late. The complainant was urged to report this to his attorney.

 

On 11/3/2018, deputy was dispatched on an extra patrol. 526 had previously been dispatched to this call but was unable to locate. Complainant contacted dispatch again and stated that subject was back at their residence and requested deputy to respond. Deputy contacted complainant at their residence. Complainant states that a white truck driven by a known person was driving down the roadway at high rates of speed and revving the engine in front of complainant’s house. Deputy located subject, who stated that complainant had come to his residence cussing and yelling at him about his driving. Subject was advised to obey all traffic laws while driving on the roadway. Complainant was advised not to confront subj and to call NCSO if this occurs again.

 

On Saturday 11/03/2018 at approximately 1913 hrs, NCSO deputies were dispatched to an assist complainant call via telephone. The complainant wanted to know what she could do about someone bothering her. Deputies gave the complainant the requested information and she advised if it didn't stop, she would file a report.

 

On Saturday 11/03/18 a deputy placed a billfold in to evidence for safe keeping. The billfold was found on FM 225.

 

On 11/3/18 at approx. 2040 hours, the deputy was dispatched to the NLEC to make contact with a complainant in reference to an assault. The complainant stated that a known person assaulted her by pouring bleach on her. This case is under investigation.

 

On 11/3/2018 at approx. 2044 hrs, a deputy was dispatched to a tree fallen in the roadway. Deputy located tree in the 500 blk of CR 130. VFD was dispatched and cleared the tree from the roadway. Deputy was dispatched to another call and leaves the remaining cleanup to VFD.

 

On 11/3/2018 at approximately 2128 hrs, a deputy was dispatched to a welfare check. Complainant states that subj was having a mental crisis and had possibly taken some unknown type of pills. Upon arrival, deputies speak with subj who states that she and complainant had been involved in a verbal argument and that she wished to collect her belongings and leave. Deputies did not observe subject to be in a mental health crisis nor did subject appear to be under the influence. Deputies remain on scene while subj gathers her belongings. Deputy gives subj a courtesy ride to a residence in Nacogdoches.

 

On Saturday 11/03/18 at approximately 2313 hours, a deputy was dispatched to the 16000 block of Hwy 259 to make entry in a residence in regard to a sick call. Entry was made prior to the deputy's arrived.

 

On 11/4/2018 at approx. 0007 hrs, a deputy was dispatched to a gunshots heard call off of CR 521. Deputy patrolled the area and did hear 3 gunshots in the distance but was unable to locate the source of the shots. Deputies remained in the area for a period of time after hearing the shots. Deputies did not hear any further shots. Deputies returned to service.

 

On Sunday 11/04/2018 at approximately 0058 hrs NCSO deputies were dispatched to the 23000 blk of FM 226 in reference to a suspicious person. Deputies patrolled the area and were unable to locate.

 

On 11/4/2018 at approx. 0121 hrs, a deputy was dispatched to the 7600 blk of FM 1878 in reference to a stalled vehicle. Upon contact with vehicle, deputy learned that subj appeared to be having a mental health crisis. Subj states that he will go voluntary to seek medical attention. Subj's vehicle posed no hazard and was secured and left on scene. Deputy gives subj a courtesy ride to Nacogdoches memorial hospital. Subj was left in care of hospital staff.

 

On Sunday 11/04/2018 at approximately 0156 hrs NCSO deputies on patrol located a suspicious vehicle in the Shirley creek area. Deputies made contact with the occupants and found the vehicle and occupants to be residences. Both vehicle and occupants were cleared through dispatch.

 

On 11/4/18 at approx. 0210 hours, a deputy was on patrol and observed a suspicious vehicle parked at Etoile park. The deputy made contact with the sole occupant and he was cleared through TCIC. The deputy returned to service.

 

On 11/4/18 at approx. 0253 hours, a deputy was dispatched to the 100 S B Avenue in reference to an alarm. The deputy was disregarded while en route.

 

On 11/4/18 at approx. 0428 hours, deputies were dispatched to the 6000 blk of FM 225 s in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with both parties and learned this incident was verbal only. No offense. The parties were separated for the morning. Deputies returned to service.

 

On Sunday 11-04-2018, a deputy was dispatched to Hwy 7 west in reference to an alarm. The homeowner was contacted and stated that activation was accidental.

 

On Sunday 11-04-2018, a deputy was dispatched to Hwy 59 south to check a stalled vehicle. The vehicle was said to match a description of one used in a burglary in Lufkin. It was later discovered to be of a different make and model. The vehicle had a flat tire and was parked off of the lanes of travel.

 

On Sunday 11-04-2018, a deputy was dispatched to the area of the 11000 block of FM 225 south in reference to loose livestock. The area was checked but nothing was located.

 

On Sunday 11/04/2018, a deputy was dispatched to the 1000 block of CR 445 in reference to a burglary. A complainant advised they arrived at a family members property and found an item missing. A report was made.

 

Deputies were dispatched to the 17000 blk of us Hwy 259 in reference to a reckless driver. Deputies patrolled the area but were unable to locate the vehicle.

 

On Sunday 11-04-2018, a deputy was dispatched to the County Clerk's office in reference to an alarm. The office was found to be secure and cause of activation is unknown.

 

The sheriff's office received a child custody call by public service. The caller had questions about visitation rights. They were advised to contact their attorney.

 

Deputies were dispatched to the 5200 blk of FM 226 in reference to an alarm call. Deputies checked the facility and it was secure at ground level. Deputies returned to service.

 

Deputies were dispatched to the 200 blk of 2054 in reference to an animal problem. A deputy met with the complainant and the dog owner. The complainant and dog owner were advised of the county leash laws. Both parties agreed with the explanation. The deputies returned to service.

 

On Sunday 11-04-2018, a deputy was dispatched to CR 779 in reference to a residential alarm. The alarm was cancelled prior to arrival.

 

Deputies were dispatched to the 1400 blk of CR 155 in reference to a civil standby. Dispatch advised deputies that the parties were not at a point to meet at the residence and would call back at a later time. The deputies returned to service.

 

Deputies were dispatched to the 1400 blk of CR 155. Deputies stood by with the complainant while personal items were gathered. Deputies returned to service.

 

On Sunday 11-04-2018, NCSO deputies were dispatched to old runway drive in reference to a welfare check. Both parties were contacted and agreed to keep an appointment with a mental health facility the next morning. No offense was committed and no one on scene wished to harm themselves.

 

On Sunday 11/04/2018, a deputy was dispatched to the 400 block of CR 5599 in reference to a suspicious vehicle parked at an abandoned residence. A deputy arrived in the area however, the vehicle in question had already left the scene.

 

On Sunday afternoon, a deputy stopped to check a vehicle parked near a church on Hwy 21 west. The vehicle closely resembled one used at a near-by burglary several months ago, but it was determined not to be the same one. The vehicle belonged to a local resident and was parked safely.

 

Deputies were dispatched to the 9000 blk of us Hwy 59 north in reference to a traffic assist. Deputies stopped out with a vehicle that had blown a tire. The driver was in good health and had roadside assistance on the way. The vehicle was clear of the roadway and not a hazard. Deputies returned to service.

 

On Sunday, NCSO deputies were dispatched to a residential alarm in the 100 block of CR 419. Deputies spoke with the owner who stated it was an accidental activation.

 

On Sunday, 11/04/18 at approximately 1802 hours, a deputy was dispatched to the 12000 block of s FM 225 in regard to an injured deer.

 

On Sunday, NCSO deputies were dispatched to the 400 block of CR 2031 in reference to a traffic hazard. Deputies arrived on location a found a large tree had fallen in the roadway. Deputies provided traffic control until Road and Bridge arrived to remove the tree.

 

On Sunday 11/04/18 at approximately 2200 hours a deputy was dispatched to Hwy 259 in regard to a reckless driver. The area was patrolled but the vehicle was not located.

 

On 11/4/18 at approx. 2221 hours, Cpl McDonald was dispatched to the 200 block of County Road 4942 in reference to a noise complaint. The deputy located the source of the music and the vehicle owner stated that he would turn it off for the night. The subject was cleared through TCIC and the deputy returned to service.

 

On 11/4/18 at approx. 2324 hours, a deputy was on patrol and observed a suspicious vehicle parked at Etoile park. The deputy made contact with the occupants who stated they were just talking. The occupants were cleared through TCIC.

 

On 11/5/18 at approximately 0215 hours, deputies were dispatched to County Road 659 in reference to a sick call. Upon arrival, the subject refused transport by EMS. Deputies returned to service.

 

A deputy was dispatched to state Hwy 7 east CR 301 in reference to a reckless driver. A deputy patrolled the area but was unable to locate the suspect vehicle.

 

A deputy was dispatched to the 100 blk of CR 8112 in reference to a harassment call.  Deputies made contact with the complainant at the Nacogdoches County Sheriff’s office. A deputy gathered information for a report.

 

The sheriff's office received a suspicious person call in the area of 935 FM 3314. The caller advised that a male was knocking on her door. The suspectwas contacted and warned about trespassing.

 

On 11-05-18, a deputy contacted a known subject at the Nacogdoches County Sheriff’s Department and took her into custody on outstanding warrants. She was released to jail staff without incident.

 

On 11/05/2018 at 10:21 am, Pct.4 Constable observed a brown cow loose on FM 226. The cow ran toward the woods away from the road. Dispatch tried to contact possible owner.

 

On Monday 11/05/2018, a deputy was requested to contact a complainant at the LEC lobby in reference to a civil complaint. The complainant was referred to an appropriate venue for relief.

 

Deputies were dispatched to the 700 block of Old Runway Road in reference to a sick call. The subject of the call agreed voluntarily to be transportedto Nacogdoches memorial ER for evaluation. Once the subject was admitted to the ER the deputies returned to service.

 

On 11/05/2018 @ 11:41 hours, Pct.4 Constable’s Department was dispatched to the 5000 block of SH  103 for a call regarding criminal trespass.  Complainant advised that an ATV occupied by one male and female was trespassing on their land. Complainant requested CTW

 

On Monday 11/05/2018, a deputy was dispatched to the 200 block of FM 3314. A complainant advised there appeared to be malnourished horses on scene at that address. The deputy arrived, and the complaint was investigated.

 

On 11-05-18, deputies responded to an assist complainant call in reference to someone taking the complainants property and not wanting to return it. Upon arrival, the property had been returned and deputies were no longer needed.

 

 

On 11/05/2018, at approximately 1305 hours, a Nacogdoches County deputy served warrant on subject. Subject was transported and released to the Nacogdoches County jail staff without incident.

 

On 11/05/2018 at approximately 09:00 hours, a NCSO deputy served several misdemeanor warrants on a female subject at the Nacogdoches County jail.

 

On 11/02/2018 at approximately 1919 hours, Deputy B. George served three (3) civil process citations in cause#:cv1814116. The subjects were located at 908 Edgewood Circle in Lufkin, Texas.

 

On 11/05/2018 NCSO deputy served a misdemeanor warrant on a subject while incarcerated at the Nacogdoches County jail.

 

A deputy was dispatched to the 10300 block of FM 941 in reference to an animal problem. The complainant wished to be reached by public service. A deputy contacted the complainant by public service. The complainant advised that there was a stray dog on his property killing his chickens. A deputy advised the complainant of his rights as a property owner. The deputy also advised the complainant of the leash laws for dogs in the county. The complainant stated he no longer needed a deputy’s assistance that he could handle the situation himself. The deputy returned to service.

 

On 11/05/2018 @ 14:28 hours, Pct.4 Constable was contacted by complainant regarding workers criminal trespassing on cemetery land located off of FM 95. The Constable spoke with workers and they advised they would move equipment away from cemetery.

 

Deputies were dispatched to the 1500 blk of FM 2713 in reference to a welfare check.  Deputies made contact with a family member of the subject. Deputies were advised that the subject was with his wife and was in good health. The deputies returned to service.

 

On Monday 11-05-2018 a NCSO Deputy, Pct. 1 Constables and EMS were dispatched to CR  701 in reference to a medical call.  A frantic 911 callerreported she had cut herself.  Dispatch was not able to gather any further information.  Upon contacting the caller, it was discovered that no injuryoccurred.  The caller did, however, have an active warrant out of another county in Texas.  After being medically cleared she was taken into custody and released to jail staff.

 

On Monday 11/05/2018, a deputy was dispatched to the intersection of North St. And CR 205 in reference to a welfare check. A complainant stated that a woman came to her residence wanting to use the phone and then walked toward North St. The deputy located the person in question andchecked her welfare. It was discovered that she and her boyfriend were stuck on an adjacent county road and required assistance. A rotation wrecker was called and pulled them free.

 

On 11/05/2018 at approximately 1652 hours, Deputy B. George responded to us Hwy 259 and CR  123 in reference to a stalled vehicle. Upon arrival, itwas determined that the vehicle had a flat tire and there was no spare available. The driver contacted someone to get her and to locate a spare to use. The vehicle was left on the shoulder of us Hwy 259.

 

On 11/5/18 at approximately 1801 hours deputies were dispatched to the 100 blk of Brother John Road in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival, the complainant stated that his wife left the residence after threatening to hurt herself. The victim returned to the residence while deputies were on scene. The victim wanted to go voluntarily to the burke center for an evaluation. This deputy transported the victim to Lufkin MHEC without incidentand she was released to medical staff.

 

On Monday 11/05/2018 at approximately 2019 hours, NCSO deputies were dispatched to the 900 block of CR 419 in reference to a scam. The complainant was given the requested information.

 

On Monday 11-05-2018 a deputy was dispatched to boulder lane in reference to a suspicious package. The package was examined and carefullyopened by the responding deputy. It was discovered to be a gift from a neighborhood child. It was packaged and labeled in a manner that made itappear to be dangerous.  No further action taken.

 

On Monday 11/05/2018 at approximately 2131 hours, NCSO deputies were dispatched to a deliver message call in the 4000 block of CR 338.Deputies made contact with the occupant and the message was delivered.

 

On 11/5/18 at approx. 2323 hours the deputy was dispatched to the 5000 block of East Main to assist another deputy on a disturbance. Upon arrival, the deputy learned that two subjects got into an altercation on the job site. The deputy stood by until the job supervisor arrived and handled the situation.

 

On 11/6/18 at approx. 0156 hours the deputy was on patrol and observed a stalled vehicle at the intersection of Hwy 59 & County Road 250. The driver was putting water into the radiator.  The deputy returned to service after the vehicle was back on the road.
