NCSO Deputies were dispatched to FM 95 just South of Garrison in reference to what was called Criminal Trespass. The real property in question was part of an on-going Civil Suit / Divorce. Parties on scene were asked to leave to keep the Peace. The complainant felt intimidated, but no criminal offense was reported.

At approximately 2120 hours, NCSO Deputies responded to the 300 block of N. B Avenue in reference to an assault. Complainant stated the suspect had left prior to Deputies arrival. Deputies gathered information for a report.


A Deputy was dispatched to speak with a complainant in reference to a known subject using her vehicle and not returning. A man has not been seen since yesterday and was driving the complainant's car with her permission. Prior to the completion of this report the complainant spoke to the man and advised he was fine but would not give his location. The complainant wished no further action to be taken.

At approximately 2230 hours, NCSO Deputies responded to the 400 block of US 59 N. in reference to an alarm. The building was secure ground level. Deputies returned to service.
