NACOGDOCHES COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE REPORT APRIL 9-11 2019
On 04-09-2019 a Deputy was dispatched to FM 95 North in reference to loose livestock. Nothing was located upon checking the area.
On 04-09-2019 the sheriff's office responded to a loose livestock call at 7792 FM 1087. The animal wasn't located at that address.
On 04/09/2019 at approximately 1315 hours, Deputy B. George attempted to serve Byron Redden II with civil process in Cause#: C-1-CV-19-002318 at 449 West Main Street in Garrison. Deputy George discovered that Redden no longer resided at this address, per the new tenants. Redden's forwarding address is also unknown. The citation and corresponding documents will be returned to the issuing clerk.
On 04-09-19 deputies assisted a complainant retrieve his property at the NCSO lobby.
On 04-11-19 a deputy was dispatched to the 21000 block of FM 95 north in regards to a dog bite call. The deputy made contact with the complainant and was advised of the animals location. The deputy and animal control made contact with the animal owner and informed the individual that the animal in question would be seized for a 10 day quarantine period. The animal owner agreed and the animal control officer took possession of the dog. The deputy then returned to service.
