NACOGDOCHES COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE ARREST REPORT: JULY 4-7, 2019

On 7-4-2019 Deputies Responded To A Residence In Garrison, Tx Regarding A Sick Call. Deputies Learned The Subject Died. Deputies Did Not Observe Foul Play And Gathered Information For A Report.

On 7-4-2019 Deputies Responded To A Report Of A Man Running Down Cr 2641, Naked. Deputies Were Advised That The Caller Had The Subject Located. Upon Arrival, The Subject Was Found And Appeared To Be Suffering From Mental Health Issues. The Subject Was Transported To A Local Hospital For Evaluation.

On 7-5-2019 Deputies Were Dispatched To The 4100 Block Of Fm 2112 In Reference To A Suspicious Vehicle Call. The Caller Advised That Someone Was Shining A Light At People's Houses As They Slowly Drove Past. Deputies Responded And Contacted A Subject Walking Near The Roadway. The Subject Was Shining A Light Looking For Her Lost Dog. Deputies Assisted Her And Then Returned To Service.

On 7-5-2019 Constable W. Sowell #801 Executed A Writ Of Possession At 238 Walnut St In Garrison. Cause # E00709. Possession Of The Premises Was Returned To The Plaintiff. Deputies Stopped Out With A Stalled Vehicle At The Intersection Of Us Hwy 259 &59 N. The Motorist Advised Help Was On The Way To Help Her.

On 7-5-2019, Deputies Were Dispatched To The 100 Block Of Cr 868 In Reference To A Suspicious Vehicle. Deputies Patrolled The Area And Located The Suspected Vehicle At A Residence. Deputies Made Contact With The Driver And Found That He Has Active Warrants. He Was Arrested And Transported To The Nacogdoches County Jail.

On 7-6-2019 Deputies Were Dispatched To The 1800 Block Of Fm 2435 In Reference To A Burglary Call. The Complainant Advised That A Known Subject Broke Into A House And Committed An Assault. The Suspect Was Not On Scene When Deputies Arrived. The Complainant Did Not Want To File Charges. Deputies Took A Report And Returned To Service

7-7-2019, NCSO Deputies Responded To A Civil Complaint At The 600 Blk Of Hidden Valley Dr. Caller Advised That Her Neighbor's Pond Was Damaging Her Property. Deputies Spoke With The Caller And Advised Her Of The Correct Course Of Action. Deputies Went Back In Service.       

On 7-7-2019 A Deputy Was Dispatched To Hwy 59 North In Reference To A Welfare Check. A Man Was Observed Walking Away From A Vehicle He Was Driving That Had Broken Down. The Responding Deputy Was Unable To Locate The Man Walking. However, The Vehicle Was Left Parked In The Turn Lane. The Vehicle Was Towed Away When The Driver Did Not Come Back For An Hour After The Time Of The Call.

On 7-7-2019 At Approximately 2100 Hours, NCSO Deputies Responded To He 17000 Block Of Us Hwy 59 N In Reference To A Suspicious Person. Complainant Advised That A Male Subject Has Been In The Area Knocking On Her Door. Deputies Patrolled The Area And Were Utl.

On 7-7-2019 At Approximately 2120 Hours, NCSO Deputies Responded To The 800 Block Of Cr. 195 In Reference To An Assist Complainant. Complainant Advised That Her Husband Assaulted Her With A Knife And Left The Scene. Deputies Arrived On Scene And Spoke To Both Parties Involved And Determined That No Offense Occurred.

On 7-7-2019 At Approximately 2143 Hours Deputies Were Dispatched In Regards To A Suspicious Person In The Area. The Area Was Patrolled And Deputies Were Unable To Locate Anyone.
