TO: ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN A MEETING OF THE COMMISSIONERS COURT OF RUSK COUNTY, TEXAS

You are hereby notified that a special meeting of the Rusk County Commissioners Court will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at 10:00 o'clock a.m. in the County Courtroom, First Floor, Rusk County Courthouse, at which time the following subjects will be discussed, considered, passed or adopted, to-wit;

1. Approve budget amendments and/or transfers

2. Approve the August 5, 2019 employee payroll

3. Discuss and possibly approve a resolution authorizing county grant program year 2020 for Meals on Wheels

4. Discuss and possibly approve the use of Video Magistration as presented by Judge Enloe and Patrick Dooley

5. Discuss and possibly approve reappointing Gloria Dooley to represent Pct. 3 on the Rusk County ESD #1 for a 2 year term

6. Discuss and possibly accept the Annual ESD #1 report

7. Discuss and possibly approve another two year term for Mrs. Rosalee Floyd to the Board of Trustees of Community Healthcore

8. Discuss and possibly approve the Non-Terminal Agency Agreement between the Rusk County Sheriff's Department and the Mt. Enterprise ISD

9. Discuss and possibly approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the Rusk County Sheriff's Department and the Mt. Enterprise ISD

10. Discuss and possibly approve the Interlocal Agreement between Rusk County and Smith County grant funding for The East Texas Auto Theft Tak Force

11. Discuss and possibly approve the Imposition of DMV Optional Fees for Calendar Year 2020

12. Discuss and possibly approve a resolution and Interlocal Agreement for Provision of Equipment and Consumables between Rusk County Tax Assessors Office and the TxDMV

13. Discuss and possibly approve Janice Childers to the Rusk County Child Welfare Board as a volunteer

14. Discuss and possibly approve the Rusk County Environmental Specialist 2nd Quarterly Report: April 1, 2019 to June 30, 2019

15. Discuss and possibly approve to sell discarded books and the audio-visual items on a donation basis, rather than individual pricing; funds received for the items to be deposited in the library systems print materials budget

16. Discuss and possibly approve addition of donated books and audio-visual items to the library collections

17. Discuss and possibly approve the following utility/pipeline requests:

a. KJECO, LLC proposes to place one six (6)" steel fusion bond coated pipeline by directional boring under named county road at a location as shown on the attached plat and county road map underlacross the right-of-way of CR 364 in Pct. 3, Rusk County, Texas

b. KJECO, LLC proposes to place two pipelines; one six (6)" steel fusion bond coated pipeline and one three (3)" line by directional boring under named county road at a location as shown on the attached plat and county road map underlacross the right-of-way of CR 366 in Pct. 3, Rusk County, Texas

18. Discuss and possibly approve the following reports for June 2019: a. Rusk County Constables Pct. 1 and 2

19. Public comment - no action to be taken

20. Approve payment of bills

21. Adjournment
