Mt. Enterprise Library hosts book writer Pamela Fagan

If you are a prospective writer, avid reader, dog (or goat) lover, fan of romantic mysteries with a strong female protagonist, parent of an ADHD child, half iron man enthusiast, Texas native, been to the Caribbean (or want to go), are divorced, remarried and have a blended family, OR simply like karaoke (Whew!) you might just be a fan of author Pamela Fagan Hutchins.

A former attorney and native Texan who spent 10 years in the Virgin Islands, Pamela is now the writer of  bestselling  and award winning  romantic  mysteries and honest and therefore, hilarious non-fiction. February 17th was a long day for PFH and publishing assistant and children’s book author Candilyn Fite- Writer. They left Nowheresville, Tx early that morning and made a whirlwind tour of East Texas, first meeting with the Hideaway Lakes Variety Club in Tyler and then stopping by the Mt. Enterprise Public Library. We had a fabulous turnout to welcome Pamela Fagan Hutchins. (I don’t think she thought there were 40 people living in Mt. Enterprise, much less, that would attend a book talk!) She is an awesome speaker and was very gracious with her time. Our M.E. Library Book Club, Rusk County Librarian, writers, Friends’ group, and patrons all found her very informative and entertaining! She has generously donated the rest of her books to the library for all to enjoy. After a long day, she made it back home to feed the world’s cutest baby goat, Peyton Manning.

We were fortunate to visit with Pamela, on the eve of her newest book coming out:  Hell to Pay, (Emily #3) and #7 in the What Doesn’t Kill You series. She has a contest going on to win paperback copies of Heaven to Betsy, (2015 Winner USA Best Book Award) on her website: where she posted a Bonus look at her visit to the Mt. Enterprise Library!
