Sheriff Lake's Radio Broadcast Notes 5/23 - 5/25

Deputy Denise ray was dispatched to a residence on CR 110 in reference to a burglary that had occurred.  Upon arrival Deputy Gray met with the complainant who stated that she received a call from her dad advising that her home had been broken into.  Complainant stated that when she arrived she noticed that the back door had been pried open by unknown actor(s).  Complainant advised that once inside the residence, unknown actors stole a 55'' Vizio flat screen television, a 42'' Vizio flat screen television, an iPad, 4 pairs of Beats headphones, an Xbox game console and two Xbox games.  Deputy Gray then spoke with a witness who advised that she had drove past the complainant's residence earlier and saw a vehicle parked in the driveway occupied by two male suspects.  A description of the vehicle and male subjects was obtained and all information has been forwarded to the DA's office.
Constable Bryan Murff responded to a report of criminal mischief that occurred on FM 31 S. Upon arrival Constable Murff spoke with the complainant who stated that some unknown actor(s) also broke into the shop building causing damage to the door.  Complainant advised that nothing appeared to be missing from the house or shop.  This case is being investigated.
Dispatch received a 911 call and could hear a man and woman arguing.  Just as the male subject began to speak to the dispatcher, a female cut him off and then the call disconnected.  After making several attempts dispatch was able to make contact with the call who stated "let me call you back" and then hung up.  Dispatch then called the subject back and at that time the caller advised that he had gotten into an argument with his sister and brother-in-law, who were intoxicated, but they had just left the residence.  After obtaining a description of the vehicle, all units responded and were able to locate the vehicle.  Deputies spoke with all parties who advised they did not wish to file any charges.
