Dispatch received a 911 call and could hear a man and woman arguing.  Just as the male subject began to speak to the dispatcher, a female cut him off and then the call disconnected.  After making several attempts dispatch was able to make contact with the call who stated "let me call you back" and then hung up.  Dispatch then called the subject back and at that time the caller advised that he had gotten into an argument with his sister and brother-in-law, who were intoxicated, but they had just left the residence.  After obtaining a description of the vehicle, all units responded and were able to locate the vehicle.  Deputies spoke with all parties who advised they did not wish to file any charges.
