Sheriff Willis Blackwell reports that on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 Shelby County Sheriff’s Deputy Kurtes Lawrence while on routine patrol in the Joaquin area conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Bruce Cohoon with passenger Tara Ann McBee.
