WANTED SEX OFFENDER: Richard Coon

The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the whereabouts of Richard Coon. Coon is a registered sex offender and is wanted for failure to register/sex offenders duty to register.

Coon is a white male, 6’0, 175 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He has tattoos on his right and left hip.

Coon‘s last known address was on County Road 1023 in Center.

On Tuesday, April 26th, 2016 Patrol Deputy Adam Renfro took a report from a Danny Gage with Tenaska Operations regarding a criminal trespass and a criminal mischief incident that had occurred at the company's property located on County Road 3524 in Joaquin.

Bond Election Information – If the TISD bond passes, one of the projects is a new Vocational/Technical Education building with four classrooms.  The district will be able to offer more certification classes that will allow students to be job ready upon high school graduation and prepared to enter the job market.  Courses that could be offered that would lead to certification are General Office, Marketable Skills, Microsoft Office, Medic First Aid CPR/AED Compliance, Petroleum Technolog
