ON 5/25/16 AT APPROX 0744 HRS A DEPUTY WAS DISPATCHED IN REFERENCE TO AN ATTEMPTED THEFT. COMPLAINANT ADVISED WHILE SLEEPING IN HIS TRUCK, UNKNONW SUBJECT ATTEMPTED TO STEAL AN ELECTRICAL CORD FROM HIS TRUCK.

On 05-26-2016 Constable W. Sowell #801 and Deputy H. Wright #810 executed a writ of possession. Cause #E00538. Possession of the premises was returned to the plaintiff in this case.

ON 5/25/16 AT APPROX 1043 HRS A DEPUTY SPOKE TO A COMPLAINANT BY PHONE IN REFERENCE TO A CIVIL COMPLAINT. COMPLAINANT ADVISED HIS NEIGHBOR IS BURNING BRUSH APPROX TEN FEET FROM THEIR PROPERTY LINES. COMPLAINANT WAS WORRIED THE FIRE WOULD SPREAD TO HIS HAY MEADOW. DEPUTY RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION IN AN ATTEMPT TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THE SUBJECT BURNING BUT WAS UTL ON ANYONE. On 05/26/2016, NCSO Deputies responded to a reckless driver call at the county line on US HWY 259 N. Caller advised he was following a who was swerving all over the roadway. Deputies located the vehicle and observed a traffic offense. Driver was contacted, who advised he was tried and looking for a spot to rest. Driver was advised to stop/rest and subsequently released. ON 5/26/16 AT APPROXIMATELY 0514 HRS NCSO DEPUTY WAS DISPATCHED IN REFERENCE TO A SUSPICIOUS CALL. DEPUTY MADE CONTACT WITH THE COMPLAINANT WHO ADVISED SHE OBSERVED A FLASHING RED LIGHT ACROSS THE LAKE. DEPUTY OBSERVED THE FLASHING LIGHT AND DETERMINED IT WAS A FLASHING LIGHT ON THE END OF A FISHING PIER.
