ON 04/24/2016 AT APPROX. 1723 HOURS THIS DEPUTY WAS DISPATCHED IN REFERENCE TO LITTERING. THE COMPLAINANT STATED THAT SHE OBSERVED A KNOWN PERSON THROW TRASH INTO HER YARD. THIS DEPUTY PHOTOGRAPHED THE TRASH AND ATTEMPTED TO LOCATE A NAME INSIDE THE TRASH BUT WAS UNABLE TO. THE COMPLAINANT WAS REFERRED TO JUSTICE OF THE PEACE PCT 1 TO FILE A MISDEMEANOR C COMPLAINT. EOR

ON 04-24-16 AT APPROXIMATELY 1744 HOURS, NCSO DEPUTIES WERE DISPATCHED TO THE LEC LOBBY IN REFERENCE TO A CHILD CUSTODY EXCHANGE. THE GUARDIANS EXCHANGED THE CHILDREN WITHOUT INCIDENT.

ON 04-24-16 AT APPROXIMATELY 1759 HOURS, A NCSO DEPUTY WAS DISPATCHED TO A TRAFFIC HAZARD. THE COMPLAINANT REPORTED THAT A TREE WAS ACROSS THE ROADWAY. THE DEPUTY AND A CIVILIAN CUT AND REMOVED THE TREE FROM THE ROADWAY.

On Sunday 04/24/16 at approximately 1900 hours a Deputy was dispatched in regards to a suspicious activity. The complainant stated unknown people were trespassing on her neighbors property. The Deputy contacted Cherokee County and the vehicle was stopped by a Trooper near Rusk. The occupants were identified and stated they were looking at their grandmothers old home place.

ON 04-24-16 AT APPROXIMATELY 1923 HOURS, NCSO DEPUTIES WERE DISPATCHED IN REFERENCE TO A CIVIL COMPLAINT. THE COMPLAINANT STATED THAT A RELATIVE OF THE PROPERTY OWNER ADVISED THAT THEY HAD 1 DAY TO GET OUT OF THE RESIDENCE. BOTH SUBJECTS WERE ADVISED OF THE PROPER STEPS TO TAKE TO ENSUE AN EVICTION PROCESS.

ON 04/24/2016 AT APPROX. 1939 HOURS DEPUTIES WERE DISPATCHED IN REFERENCE TO A MAJOR ACCIDENT. UPON ARRIVAL DEPUTIES LEARNED THAT THERE WAS TWO ATV DRIVERS THAT WERE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF INTOXICANTS WHILE OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLES. ONE DRIVER WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL AND THE OTHER DRIVER PERFORMED A SERIES OF SFST'S AND DID POORLY. THE DEFENDANT WAS ARRESTED AND TRANSPORTED TO THE NACOGDOCHES COUNTY JAIL WITHOUT INCIDENT. RTF

On Sunday 04/24/16 at approximately 2008 hours a Deputy observed trash cans in Highway 21 west near the Winter Hills Community. The Deputy cleared the roadway.
S16003749 INTOXICATED DRIVER
On Sunday 04/24/16 at approximately 2020 hours a Deputy observed a vehicle parked in the roadway without headlights. The Deputy made contact with the driver and believed him to be intoxicated. After the driver did poorly on field sobriety test he was arrested for DWI.

On Sunday 04/24/16 at approximately 2213 hours Deputies were dispatched in regards to an animal problem. The complainant stated his dog was injured by his neighbors dogs. The parties reached an agreement to settle the matter.

ON 04-24-16 AT APPROXIMATELY 2150 HOURS, NCSO DEPUTIES WERE DISPATCHED IN REFERENCE TO AN ASSIST COMPLAINANT CALL. THE COMPLAINANT STATED THAT HE BELIEVED THAT A FRIEND OF HIS WIFE WAS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF HER. HE REQUESTED THAT A CT WARNING BE ISSUED. NO WARNING WAS ISSUED DUE TO THE PROPERTY BEING MUTUAL.

ON 04-24-16 AT APPROXIMATELY 2219 HOURS, NCSO DEPUTIES WERE DISPATCHED IN REFERENCE TO AN AGENCY ASSIST. DEPUTIES ASSISTED DPS WITH A STRANDED MOTORIST. A WRECKER WAS REQUESTED TO TAKE POSSESSION OF THE VEHICLE.

ON 04-25-16 AT APPROXIMATELY 0241 HOURS, A NCSO DEPUTY STOPPED OUT WITH A SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE AT A LOCAL BUSINESS. THE VEHICLE WAS FOUND TO BE UNOCCUPIED.

ON 04/25/16 AT APPROX. 0254 HOURS THIS DEPUTY OBSERVED A KNOWN MALE SUBJECT YELLING OUT IN THE PARKING LOT. THIS DEPUTY MADE CONTACT WITH THE SUBJECT WHO WAS FOUND TO HAVE A PREVIOUS CRIMINAL TRESPASS WARNING FOR THIS ADDRESS. THE MANAGER WISHED FOR A CRIMINAL TRESPASS WARNING BE RE-ISSUED TO THE SUSPECT. ON 4-25-16 NCSO DEPUTIES RESPONDED TO A BUSINESS ALARM IN GARRISON. THE BUILDING WAS SECURE AND AN EMPLOYEE RESET THE ALARM.

ON 04/25/16, NCSO DEPUTIES RESPONDED TO THE 12000 BLOCK OF STATE HIGHWAY 204 REGARDING A 911 HANG UP CALL. DEPUTIES MADE CONTACT WITH THE RESIDENT WHO ADVISED THAT NO EMERGENCY HAD OCCURRED. THE CALL WAS TRACED TO A HOME COMPUTER LINE IN THE RESIDENCE. DEPUTIES RETURNED TO SERVICE.
