Center Roughriders of the week
David was chosen as Rider of the Week by Sharon Rice and Gladys Andrews. He has been a joy to teach because David comes to school with a beautiful smile and attitude. He works hard at anything he is given to complete. He doesn't just show up for class, he comes early before school and works hard to master a culture that many take for granted.
Esther Mergerson has three role models. Her mom, grandma, and E sister are strong, hard-working Christian women. Esther would love to be famous for helping people. Her favorite movie is A Walk to Remember. Esther is involved in Cheer, (Co-captain for JV next year), GT, Beta, JCC, volleyball, track and field, and drum major. She would like to attend HBCU or Baylor University. Her future plans are to become a medical attorney. Esther brings class to CMS and is always will- ing to help. Esther is a model student and has such a big heart and a great attitude. She is a lady in every sense of the word. Esther and David exemplify our R3 Slogan, Riders are Respectful and Re- sponsible.
CMS is proud to have these two students represent their campus and look forward to the great things they will accomplish in the future. avid Kee is an Eighth Grader and is all about soccer! His role model is Neymar, because he grew up poor and became a fa- mous soccer player. David would love to be famous for being a second defender in professional soccer. His favorite activity at school is playing soccer and exercising. David plans to go to East Tennes- see State University to play soccer. His favorite class is math.
