Fenley and Gregory arrested on multiple drug charges by Center PD

On October 28, 2018 Officer. D. Williams conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle as the driver was not wearing his seat belt.  During the traffic stop Officer D. Williams suspected that there was illegal contraband inside of the vehicle and asked the driver- later identified as being Austin Aaron Gregory- for consent to search the vehicle.  Gregory denied consent at which time Sgt. King deployed K9 Elliott to perform a free-air sniff around the vehicle.  K9 Elliott alerted on the vehicle, at which time the passenger, identified as being Crystal Darlene Fenley, was removed from the vehicle.  A search of the vehicle yielded the discovery of 3.7 grams of suspected methamphetamine (that was being concealed in an air conditioning vent inside of the vehicle) and a baggy of suspected marijuana.  Both aforementioned subjects were subsequently arrested for the following charge(s):

  1. Gregory:   Tampering/Fabricating Physical Evidence w/ Intent to Impair

                   Possession of Marijuana<2oz

                 Driving while License Invalid
