Shelby County Commissioners' Court Special Meeting Agenda

Notice is hereby given that a Regular meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 8^TH day of December, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:

1. Approve and pay weekly expenses.
2. Approve current Payroll.
3. Public comments on Agenda item.
4. Discuss and possibly approve advertising for sealed bids on 16 Gaming machines seized and forfeited to the Shelby County Attorney Gabling Seizure Fund Cause No. 21-CV35804. Bidders will be required to sign a sworn, notarized statement that the machines will not be used in an illegal manner.
5. Adjourn.
