Shelby County Sheriff Willis Blackwell reports that Shelby County Sheriff's Department Investigators DJ Dickerson, Kevin Windham and Constable Pct. 5 Stanley Burgay have been investigating theft of property from the Timpson area.  During the course of the investigation, it was found that a Kenneth Dewayne Hendrick and a Horace Roger Hendrick had sold property that was positively identified as the property that was stolen from the Edwards' property. Kenneth Dewayne Hendrick, 39 was arrested for the charge of Theft >= $1500<20k, Enhanced, Felony 3. Horace Roger Hendrick, 41 has an active warrant for his arrest for the charge of Theft >= $1500<$20k, Enhanced, Felony 3.The property that was recovered, being 150 creosote poles and (4) rolls of barbed wire were recently relinquished to the owner Mr. Lawrence Edwards.
